Chef Nick Alicea
A native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn and raised in Hell’s Kitchen. I graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York at 18 years old. I have traveled the world for the last 30 years studying at places such as NYC,
Denmark, Sweden, France, Miami, Dallas and Atlanta... I started cooking with my Nana at a very early age, and it has shaped me for life. I came to Dahlonega and Yahoola Creek Grill in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the community. We quickly became one
of the top caterers and destinations in the area. I try to change the menu often
and always have fresh specials and great cocktails. I have always enjoyed
simple, fun food. I hope you enjoy these recipes that are just that.

Raised in North Georgia, I have loved Dahlonega ever since I was a little girl. To be a part of a bride's special day in this magical town is one of my favorite things in the world. I have been working in the catering and private event industry since 2016, and always strive to make the planning process as easy as possible. We love partnering with local venues, and sourcing local ingredients to create a catered meal your guests will talk about for years to come.
